El reclamant va denunciar que, considerant que les instal\u00b7lacions de l&#8217;empresa estaven ubicades en un recinte amb el seu propi sistema de control d&#8217;accessos, visites i pres\u00e8ncia laboral, a m\u00e9s de la incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un altre sistema de transfer\u00e8ncia de targetes establert per la mateixa empresa, el tercer sistema de control seria infructu\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aepd.es\/\">AEPD<\/a> ha determinado que la realizaci\u00f3n de una EIPD es un paso necesario considerando que el tratamiento implica el uso de categor\u00edas especiales de datos para valorar si existe otro sistema menos intrusivo con el que se obtenga finalidad id\u00e9ntica.
